颈椎骨折并发椎间盘突出68例报告

统计我院于１９８９年至１９９７年收治的颈椎骨折伴颈髓损伤病人１０８例，其中颈椎骨折并发椎间盘突出病人６８例，占６３％。颈椎骨折经Ｘ线片及ＣＴ检查证实，椎间盘突出经ＣＴ及ＭＲＩ检查证实。治疗方法包括非手术疗法及手术疗法及手术疗法均采用前路减压植骨固定术。

Report of 68 cases of cervical vertebral fracture complicated with intervertebral disc protrusion

In order to study,diagonosis and treatment of cervial vertebral fracture complicated with intervertebral disc protrusion,this article presents 108 cases of cervical vertebral fractures with cervical spine damage in our hospital from 1989 to 1997.Among the 108 patients,68(63%) had cervical vertebral fracture with intervertebral disc protrusion.The cervical vertebral fractures were verified by X-rays and CT and the cervical intervertebral disc protrusions by CT and MRI in all cases the non-operation method and operation were used in treatrment. The latter was carried out by grafting and fixation after decompression through anterior approach. X-rays had preliminary verification for cervical fracture and displacement,and CT and MRI for fracture and cervical vertebral disc protrusion. Fourteen of the 68 patients undertook non-operative treatment with a nervous function recovery rate of 35 7%,but fifty-four cases had opertion treatment.With the recovery rate of 75 9%.The result of all the cases showed that the application of CT and MRI irnproved the accuracy of diagnosis and operation treatment had a rnuch higher nervous function recovery rate than non-operative treatment.
