急诊剖宫产产妇心理状况分析与对策

目的探讨急诊剖宫产产妇存在的心理问题及护理对策。方法运用SCL-90症状自评量表对56例急诊剖宫产产妇进行心理测评。结果56例产妇SCL-90测试结果总分、阳性症状均分、阳性项目数均高于国内常模,躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖因子分与国内常模相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论急诊剖宫产产妇生产经验感受负向,有较多的躯体不适及抑郁、焦虑、恐惧等负性情绪,建立良好的护患关系,加强产前宣教,产后注重心理疏导,有助于产妇术后的康复。

Analysis of psychological status in parturients with emergent cesarean and the nursing measures

Objective To probe into the psychological problems in parturients with emergent cesarean and the nursing measures. Methods SCL-90 was used to survey 56 parturients with emergent cesarean psychologically. Results The total score in SCL-90, the total mean score and the number of positive items were all higher than those through Chinese norm, even with significant diffe-rences in view of such factors as somatization, depression, anxiety, phobia compared with Chinese norm (P<0.01). Conclusion Parturients with emergent cesarean suffer from unpleasant delivery experience such as somatic discomfort, depression, anxiety and phobia. Establishment of good relationships between nurses and parturients, prenatal health education and puerperal psychological care is helpful to the postpartum recovery.
