某铁矿井下噪声对凿岩工听觉系统的伤害分析

摘    要:目的]了解铁矿井下采矿过程中噪声的特点及其对凿岩工听觉系统的影响,探讨防制策略。方法]现场监测各车间噪声强度,调查职业病防护用品使用情况,分析210名凿岩工职业性健康检查结果。结果]大孔噪声强度为116.2-118.2dB(A),中孔噪声强度为:108.1~109.4dB(A),风镐凿岩噪声强度为102.1—103、6dB(A),粗破碎监测点噪声强度为:100.1—106.3dB(A),均严重超过国家卫生标准;凿岩工听力损失率为42.86%,且随工龄的增长而上升;听力损伤率2.82%;噪声聋发生率1.90%。结论]加强个人卫生防护、规范职业性健康检查、改善作业面环境状况,是降低矿井噪声对凿岩工听觉系统伤害的主要手段。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo reveal the characteristics ofnoise in underwell mine and its effecton the hearingin the quarrymen,to elabo-rate the countermeasures.Method]The noise intensity was evaluated in the workplace,and medical examination of210quarrymen was performed.Result]The noise intensity atbig and middle apertures,chisel rock and bold broken were all in excess of country occupation-al healthstandards badly,there was an increasingtendencyofhearingloss withthe increase in work duration.Conclusion]The individu-al health protection should be strengthened,occupational surveillance should be standardized,and work environment,should be improved to reduce the hearing disadvantage in quarrymen.
