某市3 196名未婚高校女生生殖健康状况调查

目的了解不同教育程度的未婚高校女生的生殖健康状况,为高校医疗机构开展生殖保健服务提供依据。方法对某市高校女生3 196名进行妇科普查及问卷调查。结果生殖道感染率为21.62%,性病检出率为1.60%。13.89%的学生知道生殖道感染的传播途径与防治方法,64.21%的学生知道性病的主要传播途径。婚前性行为发生率为42.27%,非意愿性妊娠人工流产(含引产)率为12.80%。避孕措施使用率分别为:体外排精30.88%,安全期避孕29.35%,避孕套27.38%,紧急避孕药17.43%,口服避孕药4.66%,女性节育器0.84%。结论高校医疗保健机构应有目的地为未婚高校女生提供生殖保健服务,建立妊娠患者的心理评估及心理教育体系。

Procreation Health of 3 196 Unmarried Female University Students

Objective To understand the status and requirements of procreative health among unmarried female university students,and to provide evidence for procreative health care in university.Methods A total of 3 196 unmarried female university students were investigated by gynecological examination and a questionnaire.Results The rate of genitalia infection was 21.62%,the rate of STD was 1.60%.There were 13.89% students who understood the route of transmission and prevention method for the genitalia infection,and 64.20% students who understood the approaches of STD transmission.The incidence of sexual behavior was 42.27% and undesired abortion was 12.80%.Contraception methods were mainly vitro sperm ejection(30.88%),safe period contraception(29.35%),condom(27.38%),postcoital contraception drugs(17.43%),contraception drugs(4.66%) and female IUD(0.84%).Conclusion The university medical health care organizations should provide procreative health care service for the unmarried female university students and set up the psychology evaluation and education for the unmarried gestation patients.
