| Abstract: | A high performance liquid chromatographic method has been successfully used to determine the content of Ampeloptin in Tangcha's Flavonoids. There was a good linear relationship within the range O.23-0. 92 pg and the correlation coefficient r was 0. 9999. The average recovery was 96. 63 %. |
