经皮穿刺射频消融治疗肝癌的临床观察与护理

目的：通过对经皮肝穿刺射频消融治疗肝癌并发症的分析，探讨护理对策。方法：回顾性研究分析2002年5月-2007年5月210例原发性肝癌患者在B超引导下经皮肝穿刺射频肿瘤热凝术疗效及术后并发症产生原因。结果：术后出现皮肤烧伤3例，结肠穿孔合并肝功能衰竭1例，空腔脏器损伤1例，气胸2例，胸腔积液4例，肝脓肿2例。结论：虽然经皮肝穿刺射频肿瘤热凝术是一种微创手术，但术后仍应密切观察生命体征和腹部体征的变化，及时防治经皮肝穿刺射频肿瘤热凝术引发的并发症。

Observation and nursing of clinical after percutaneous radiofrequency ablation for primary liver cancer

Objective:To explore the countermeasures of nursing by analyzing the complications after percutaneous radiofrequency ablation(PRFA) for primary liver cancer.
