摘    要:目的:建立RPHPLC测定广东海风藤中五味子醇甲含量的方法。方法:固定相为KromasilC18反相柱(5μm,250mm×4.6mm),流动相为甲醇水(65∶35),检测波长为250nm。结果:该方法的线性范围为0.08~0.60μg(r=0.9998),平均回收率为100.24%,RSD=2.09%(n=5)。结论:本法简便,准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,可用于广东海风藤中五味子醇甲含量的测定。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To develop a method of RP-HPLC for determination of schisandrin content in Kadsura heteroclita (Roxb.) Craib. METHOD: RP-HPLC analysis was carried out by using Kromasil C18 column (5 microm, 250 mm x 4.6 mm) and methanol-water (65:35) as the mobile, and the detection wavelength was 250 nm. RESULTS: The method was linear in the range of 0.08-0.06 nicrog (r = 0.9998), and the average recovery was 100.24%, with the RSD of 2.09% (n=5). CONCLUSION: The method was simple, accurate, highly sensitive and reproducible. It may be used for the quantitative determination of schisandrin in extract of Kadsura heteroclita (Roxb.) Craib.
