| Abstract: | This paper expounds on the purchase and inventory management of medical consumables in our hospital.It is pointed out that centralized purchasing,the reasonable management of inventory materials,analyzing,evaluating and adjusting of various management indicators are effective methods of product quality assurance,reducing inventory losses and monitoring costs. |
