低分子肝素治疗大鼠系膜增殖性肾小球肾炎

目的　观察低分子肝素对系膜增殖性肾小球肾炎的治疗作用。方法　用抗鼠类胸腺细胞表面的糖蛋白抗原 (Thy1 1)单克隆抗体 1 2 2 3诱导Wistar大鼠系膜增殖性肾小球肾炎 ,用低分子肝素或低分子肝素加地塞米松治疗 ,通过免疫组化、透射电镜和常规病理染色 ,观察肾小球内细胞总数、增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)、肾小球系膜基质以及蛋白尿排泄动力学改变。结果　低分子肝素可降低肾小球内细胞总数和减少肾小球内增殖细胞的数量 ,抑制系膜基质的增生和减轻尿蛋白的排泄。结论　低分子肝素可治疗系膜增殖性肾小球肾炎

Low molecular heparin treated rat in mesangioproliferative glomerular nephritis

Objective In order to investigate the effect of low molecular heparin on rats in mesangioproliferative glomerular nephritis.Methods Wistar rat models of mesangioproliferative glomerular nephritis were induced by a single injection of anti thyl1 1 Moab1 22 3.They received low molecular heparin(LMH) and LMH DXM treatment.The total glomerular cell numbers,PCNA( ) cells and twenty four hour protein excretion were observed by immonohistochemistry,electon microscopy and light microscopy.Results Low molecular heparin decreased total glomerular cell numbers and protein excretion,and suppressed mesangial cell and matrix proliferation.Conclusion The results suggest that low molecular heparin may treat mesangioproliferative glomerular nephritis.
