胸部创伤的治疗(附500例报告)

目的胸部损伤具有合并伤多，易出现并发症．死亡率高为其特点，有必要不断总结提高治疗水平。方法我们多年来主要依据下列治疗原则：防治休克；恢复胸腔的完整性；保持呼吸道通畅；解除血气胸对心脏和肺的压迫；稳定胸壁及对症治疗。结果本组500例中治愈493例。治愈率为98．6％，死亡7例．死亡率为1．4％，其中4例严重的胸伤合并脾破裂；1例有多根多处肋骨骨折，因呼吸衰竭而死亡；2例胸部挫伤贯通双侧胸腔，伤及两肺及纵隔。剖胸后分别于二天或三天死于呼吸衰竭。结论本组病例选用的治疗方法取得效果满意．死亡率比文献报告为低。

The treatment of chest trauma (Attach 500 reports)

Objective There was much compound injury on chest trauma, it was easy to produce neopathy which character was the high death rate. It was necessary to promote the level of treatment. Methods According to the following methods of treatment, we cured shock, resumed the integrality of the thorax, unchained the crack down of hemopneumothorax to the heart and lung, stabilized the chest wall. Results 495 of 500 cases were cured, the cure rate was 98.6%, 7 cases died, which death rate was 1.4%. There was 4 cases severely chest trauma complicating with spleen rupture and 1 case of multiple position rib fracture which died of respitatory failure, 2 cases' of chest contusion transfixed intrapleural, lung and medistin which died of respitatony failure after operation. Conclusions The methods of treatment on this group of cases made a good effect, the death rate was much lower than ever.
