陕西省蔬菜水果氨基甲酸酯农药残留状况

摘    要:目的了解陕西省近3年蔬菜水果中氨基甲酸酯农药残留情况。方法2004--2006年对陕西省6个地市采用随机与定点抽样的方法采集市售蔬菜水果16个品种样品,在严格的质量控制下,通过高效液相色谱法测定氨基甲酸酯残留量。结果2004年样品氨基甲酸酯总检出率为4.60%,其中蔬菜样品检出率为0.00%,水果检出率为25.00%。2005年样品氨基甲酸酯总检出率5.69%,其中蔬菜样品检出率为4.06%,水果样品检出率为17.14%;2006年样品氨基甲酸酯总检出率9.06%,其中蔬菜样品检出率9.31%,水果样品检出率为5.55%。结论该省蔬菜水果中氨基甲酸酯农药残留现状较为安全,但有逐年升高的趋势,且检出国家禁用的农药品种,应加强农药使用的监管,保证农产品安全。

Abstract:[ Objective] To understand the status of carbamate pesticide residues in Shanxi Province in the past 3 years. [ Methods ] In 6 cities of Shanxi Province, 16 varieties of fruits and vegetables samples in markets were collected by random and fixed-point sampling method during 2004--2006. Carbamate residues were determined by High Performance Liquid Chromatography ( HPLC ) under strict quality control. [ Results] In 2004, the total detection rate of carbamate was 4.60%, among which the detection rate of vegetables was 0.00%, that of fruit was 25.00%. In 2005 the total detection rate of carbamate was 5.69%, among which the detection mte of vegetables was 4.06%, that of fruit was 17.14%. In 2006, the total detection rate of carbamate was 9.06% , among which the detection rate of vegetables was 9.31%, that of fruit was 5.55%. [ Conclusion] Carbamate pesticide residues levels are safer in fruits and vegetables in shaanxi province, but showing annual increasing tendency, and the national banned pesticides were detected. The supervision of carbamate should be strengthened to ensure the safety of agricultural products.
