摘    要:目的了解武警部队官兵对自救互救知识的掌握程度,为其进行有针对性的培训提供依据。方法采用问卷调查法,根据武警部队执勤、处置突发事件和反恐怖作战特点,及战伤救治标准自行设计问卷,对基层干部、战士、指挥院校学员进行调查。结果指挥院校学员对自救互救知识的掌握情况好于干部和战士,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。无论是干部、学员还是战士,其理论成绩均高于技能成绩。心肺复苏知识掌握最差,烧伤、烫伤、电击伤掌握程度较好,止血、包扎、固定和运送4大技术掌握欠缺,正确率较低。结论武警部队官兵对自救互救知识掌握欠缺,应建立有效的培训机制,对各级人员进行自救互救知识培训。

Abstract:Objective To determine the level of first aid knowledge in officers and soldiers of Chinese People's Armed Police Force,in order to provide reference for purposeful training.Method According to the characteristics of the main tasks of being on duty,coping accidents and anti-terrorism,and the standards of wound treatment,a questionnaire was designed and used to investigate the basic level officers,soldiers and students in the Commanding College.Results The students in the Commanding College mastered more knowledge of first aid than the basic level officers and soldiers(P<0.05).Their performance of theoretical knowledge was higher than that of techniques.The knowledge of CPR was most poor,the knowledge of burn and electric injury were better,while the correct rate of the four basic techniques of hemostasis,bandage,fixation and transportation were low.Conclusion A majority of officers and soldiers of Chinese People's Armed Police Force were lack of the first aid knowledge and techniques.It is necessary to establish effective training system to strengthen the first aid knowledge and techniques.
