低体重儿的影响因素

目的探讨新生儿低体重发生的影响因素.方法收集赤道几内亚共和国巴塔市总医院1999年1月～1999年11月活产新生儿1356例及其中娩出时体重＜2500 g的低体重儿174例,按调查表项目进行分析.结果1356例新生儿的平均体重是3101.29 g,低体重儿发生率占12.83%(174/1356),其中女婴低体重儿发生率显著高于男婴(x2=9.52,P＜0.001);孕周、母亲年龄、胎次、产次及母亲营养状况与新生儿低体重的发生有关(P＜0.05).结论母亲年龄低及营养状况差等是该地区发生新生儿低体重的重要原因.

Analysis on the factors associated with occurrence of low birthweight

Objective To analyze the factors associated with occurrence of low birthweight neonates. Methods Relevant data of 1 356 live births were collected, who were born from January to November 1999 in Bata City General Hospital, Republic of Equatorial Guinea. Birth weight of less than 2 500 g was defined as low birthweight. Results Mean birth weight of all live births was 3 101. 29 g. Low birthweight neonates accounted for 12. 83 % of the total. Low birthweight rate was significantly higher in females than in males (P< 0.002). The factors associated with the occurrence of low birthweight neonates included gestational age,mother's age. parity and mother's nutritional condition. Conclusions Lower-aged mother and poor nutritional condition during pregnancy were major contributors to the occurrence of low birthweight neonates.
