| 摘 要： | 应用重组白细胞介素－２（ｒＩＬ－２）治疗慢性活动性肝炎（ＣＡＨ），对治疗前后外周血淋巴细胞亚群、乙肝病毒５项标志进行了检测，结果治疗后ＣＤ４＋Ｔ细胞明显增加，ＣＤ８＋Ｔ细胞明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＣＤ４＋／ＣＤ８＋倒置情况有明显改善。有２例ＣＡＨ血ＨＢｅＡｇ转阴，但未见抗－ＨＢｓ阳转。本文还就ｒＩＬ－２对ＣＡＨ肝功能的影响进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | cases with CAH had treated with rIL-2, and lymphocyte subsets, HBV marks,were observed during rIL-2 therapy. The result showed that in most case with CAH,CD4+ T-cells were increased and CD8+ T -cells were decreased after using rIL-2(P<0.01),negative conversing rate of HBeAg was 13. 3%(P> 0. 05), seroconversion of HBeAg to anti-HBs in serum. These findings suggested that rIL-2 therapy can improve immunological function in CAH, but rIL-2 therapy over shorter periods and with less doses did not resultin complete clearance of HBV. |
