河北省1995-2003年急性驰缓性麻痹病毒学监测

目的研究河北省1995-2003年脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)病原学监测结果,为实现消灭脊灰的目标提供科学依据。方法对河北省急性驰缓性麻痹(AFP)监测系统报告的AFP病例进行流行病学调查,病毒分离鉴定按WHO《脊髓灰质炎病毒检验手册》中的操作规程进行,所分离到的脊灰病毒株送国家脊灰实验室用PCR-RFLP法做型内鉴别。结果1995-2003年共监测AFP病例粪便标本2957例,共分离出脊灰病毒(PV)258株,平均分离率为8·7%,经国家脊灰实验室型内鉴定均为疫苗株;非脊灰肠道病毒(NPEV)322株,平均分离率为10·8%。NPEV的分离呈夏秋季感染高峰。结论河北省1995-2003年未发现脊灰野病毒。同时使用3种细胞可以提高PV的分离率,RD和HeP-2细胞对提高NPEV的分离率都很重要。

Analysis for Virological Surveillance of Acute Flaccid Paralysis Cases in Hebei Province During 1995- 2003

Objective To study the pathological surveillance result of poliomyelit in Hebei province during 1995-2003,and to provide scientific basis for realizing the goal of eradicating poliomyelitis.Methods The epidemiological investigation was conducted,among the AFP cases reported by the Hebei province AFP surveillance system,virus isolation and identification were done according to WHO standard procedure,and all the poliovirus strains were sent to the national lab for subtype identification by the PCR-RFLP.Results A tolal of2 957 stool specimens of AFP cases were surveillanced during 1995-2003,258 strains of poliovirus were isolated,the rate of isolation was 8.7%,and they were vaccine virus;were nonpoliovirus(NPEV), 322 strains accounting for 10.8% of AFP cases.The isolation of NPEV presented its infection peak in summer and autumn.Conclusions No wild-type poliovirus was found in Hebei province during 1995 to 2003.Using three cells can improve the isoiation rate of PV.Moreover,both Rd and Hep-2 cells are important to enhance the isolation rate of NPEV.
