| 摘 要： | 为观察疏肝和胃汤治疗胆汁反流性食管炎的临床疗效。给予疏肝和胃汤随证加减治疗。疗程8周。结果：治愈率5．71％,显效率42．86％,有效率34．29％,无效率17．14％,总有效率为82．86％。提示疏肝和胃汤治疗胆汁反流性食管炎,能改善胆汁反流症状,有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | To observe the clinical efficacy of "Liver-Discharging and Stomach-Harmonizing Decoction" in the treatment of bile reflux esophagitis, 35 subjects were treated with this Decoction. Results: The cure rate was 5.71%; marked effective rate was 42.86%; the effective rate was 34.29%; the ineffective rate was 17.14% and the total effective rate was 82.86%. |
