| 摘 要： | 术后早期腹腔化疗(IPC)对消化道恶性肿瘤术后腹膜种植和肝转移的防治具有重要意义，腹腔化疗作为区域性治疗手段，有其药代动力学优势，近年来研究证实，腹腔化疗联合腹膜切除术治疗消化道恶性肿瘤腹膜转移可提高疗效，腹腔化疗的优势亦能充分发挥。

| Abstract: | Objective Early intraperitoneal chemotherapy postoperatively play a important role inprevention and treatment of digestive tract malignant tumors. As a method of regional therapy, theintraperitoneal chemotherapy has an advantage of the pharmacokinerics. Recent studies confirmed that theintraperitoneal chemotherapy combined with resection of peritoneal membrane may improve the treatmentoutcome of peritoneal metastasis of digestive tract malignant tumors. And the advantage of intraperi-toneal chemotherapy will be brought into full play. |
