四物镇痛汤对全膝关节置换术后患者疼痛及膝关节功能康复的影响

目的探讨四物镇痛汤对全膝关节置换术后患者疼痛及膝关节功能康复的影响。方法选取2018年6月—2020年6月于恩施土家族苗族自治州中心医院行全膝关节置换术的患者90例,分为对照组和观察组,每组各45例,分组方法为随机数字表法。对照组采用常规西医康复治疗,在此基础上观察组加用四物镇痛汤治疗。对两组膝关节肿胀程度、膝关节活动度、疼痛程度、膝关节功能及不良反应发生情况进行分析及比较。结果术后第3、7、14、28天观察组膝关节肿胀程度较对照组明显减轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后两组患者膝关节活动度均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组膝关节活动度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后第3、7、14、28天观察组VAS评分较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后第7、14、28天观察组HSS评分较对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四物镇痛汤能明显减轻全膝关节置换术后患者膝关节肿胀、疼痛程度,改善膝关节活动度及膝关节功能,且减少不良反应发生率。

Effects of Siwu Zhentong Decoction on Pain and Knee Joint Function Rehabilitation in Patients After Total Knee Arthroplasty

Objective To investigate the effect of Siwu Zhentong Decoction on pain and knee function rehabilitation of patients after total knee arthroplasty.Methods A total of 90 patients who underwent total knee arthroplasty in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The grouping method is the random number table method.The control group was treated with routine western medicine rehabilitation,and the observation group was treated with Siwu Zhentong Decoction.The degree of knee swelling,knee movement,pain,knee function and adverse reactions were analyzed and compared.Results The knee swelling of the observation group was significantly reduced compared with the control group on the 3;,7;,14;,and 28;day after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The range of motion of the knee joint of the two groups of patients after operation was better than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the range of motion of the knee joint of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group on the 3;,7;,14;,and 28;day after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The HSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group on the 7,14,and 28 days after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Siwu Zhentong Decoction can significantly reduce the degree of knee swelling and pain after total knee arthroplasty,improve knee motion and knee function,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
