| 摘 要： | 目的灾害护理工作的有效开展对提高人员救治效果及圆满完成任务有十分重要的意义,通过总结灾害救援演练中的护理工作实践,为进一步提高急救技能提供参考。方法回顾分析灾害救援演练任务中的护理实践,包括快速展开、防护到位、优化流程、注重细节等。结果灾害护理救援演练成功实施,护理人员在数量有限的情况下,较好地完成了救援任务。同时存在以下问题:人员编制少、护理救治流程未标准化、救治经验少、装备信息化水平不高。结论为提高护理人员灾害救援能力,应积极培养“全科人才”,标准化护理救治流程,采取平战结合多形式培训方式,及研发新型救援装备。

| Abstract: | Objective To provide reference for improving the nursing and rescue skills by summarizing the nursing practice in emergency medical rescue exercise for Disaster Events.Methods Review of the nursing practice including rapid rescue,strict personal protection,process optimization,and attention to detail.Results The nurses completed the rescue task successfully in a limited number.While there existed some weaknesses:shortage of human resources,standardized nursing process,treatment experience and modernized equipments.Conclusion In order to improve the nursing skills,it's important to cultivate"general practitioners",standardize nursing process,adopt multi-form training and develop new rescue equipments. |
