80例输卵管妊娠患者再次妊娠的临床结果分析

目的探讨因输卵管妊娠手术治愈后再次妊娠的临床结果。方法总结2007年5月至2009年12月间在安徽省淮南市红十字朝阳医院妇产科收住的既往因输卵管妊娠的手术治愈的80例患者,再次妊娠的临床结果。结果 80例患者中再次发生对侧输卵管妊娠42例,宫内妊娠至足月38例。结论输卵管妊娠患者虽然经手术治愈,但对侧输卵管再次妊娠发生率较高,占52.5%。临床医师应在首次治疗过程中尽量明确发病原因,正确评估对侧输卵管状况,积极预防,减少再次发生输卵管妊娠的概率。

The Clinical Result Analysis of Recur Pregnancy in the 80 Tubal Pregnant Patients

Objective To research the clinical results about recurring pregnancy after surgical therapy for tubal pregnancy patients. Methods Summarize the clinical results about recurring pregnancy among 80 cases who had been cured by surgical therapy for tubal pregnancy, at gynecology and obstetrics of Red Cross Chaoyang hospital in Huainan from May 2007 to December 2009. Results Among 80 cases, 42 cases recur the other tubal pregnancy ,38 cases have normal uterine pregnancy to full-term fetus in labor. Conclusions Although tubal pregnant patient can be cured by surgical therapy, the rate of the other oviduct recur pregnancy are recurring high, accounts for 52.5%. In all, clinician doctors should do their best to diagnostic pathogenesis positively during the process of first therapy, evaluate the condition of the other oviduct correctly, prevent and reduce the probability of recurring pregnancy actively.
