| 摘 要： | 医院的规模受到社会政治、经济、文化、人文等诸多因素的影响，适宜床位数的设置应与城市的区域卫生规划相结合。在市场化条件下，以2000床医院或医疗集团为例，分析当前我国医院发展规模的现状，医疗服务需求规模、结构、变化规律，以及存在的问题，探讨在改进过程中政府、医院应承担的责任。

| Abstract: | Hospital size was influenced by social, political, economic, culture and humanistic factors. Hospital proper beds should be combined with regional health planning. In the market environment, take 2000 beds hospital group as an example, status of hospital size, medical service demands size, construction and problems were analyzed. Government and hospital responsibilities in hospital reform were discussed. |
