喜炎平雾化联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床观察

目的了解喜炎平雾化联合孟鲁司特钠治疗毛细支气管炎的效果。方法将毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为治疗组（40例）和对照组（40例）。对照组给予抗感染、平喘、止咳化痰、吸氧等常规治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用喜炎平雾化联合孟鲁司特钠121服，观察两组患儿喘憋消失时间、咳嗽消失时间及住院天数。结果治疗组总有效率（95．0％）明显高于对照组总有效率（77．5％），两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组喘憋消失时IN（4．22±1．34）d]与对照组喘憋消失时间（5．75±1．31）d]比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组咳嗽消失时间（5．85±1．71）d]与对照组咳嗽消失时间（7．37±2．20）d]比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组住院天数（7．20±1．59）d]与对照组住院天数（9．12±2．18）d]比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论喜炎平雾化联合孟鲁司特钠治疗毛细支气管炎疗效肯定，值得临床推广。

Clinical observation of Xiyanping telukast in the treatment of children nebulization combined with Moncapillary bronchiolitis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xiyanping nebulization combined with Montelukast in the treatment of capillary bronchitis. Methods The children with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into the treatment group （40 cases） and the control group （40 cases）. The control group was given anti-infection and relieving asthma, relieving cough and reducing sputum, uptake oxygen and other donventional treatment. The treatment group was added with Montelukast orally based on the use of Xiyanping nebulization. The wheezing disappearance time, cough disappeared time and length of hospital stay of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of treatment group （95.0%） was significantly higher than the control group （77.5%）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The difference of wheezing rale disappearance time of treatment group （4.22±1.34） d] compared with the control group （5.75±1.31） d] was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The difference of cough disappeared time of treatment group （5.85±1.71） d] compared with control group （7.37±2.20） d] was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The hospitalization days of treatment group was （7.20±1.59） d, and the control group was （9.12±2.18） d, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Xiyanping nebulization combined with Montelukast in the treatment of capillary bronchitis has a curative effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
