以问题为基础的学习在留学生脑血管病临床理论教学中的应用

目的 探讨以问题为基础的学习（PBL）教学法在留学生脑血管病理论教学中的应用.方法 在留学生脑血管病理论教学中,引入PBL方法.PBL教学模式在设计上遵循以病例为引导,以问题为基础,理论与实践相结合原则.调查PBL教学模式的应用效果.结果 教学结果调查表明,PBL教学法能很好地调动留学生学习积极性（98.3％）,提高综合分析解决问题能力（95.0％）和理论实践相结合能力（94.2％）,留学生能熟练掌握诊治脑血管病内容.结论 PBL教学法提高了留学生脑血管病理论教学的教学效果,值得推广应用.

Application of problem-based learning method in cerebrovascular disease theory teaching for foreign students

Objective To investigate the effect of problem-based learning （PBL） teaching method on cerebrovascular disease （CVD） theory teaching for foreign students.Methods In theory teaching of CVD for foreign students education,the method of problem-based learning （PBL） was introduced to evaluate the teaching qual ity.PBL teaching mode was designed to follow the case as a guide and the problem as a basement,with the full combination of theory and practice.The application effect of PBL teaching method was investigated.Results PBL teaching method could help to manipulate the primitive of foreign students （98.3％） and improve foreign students＇ comprehensive ability to analyze and solve problems related to CVD （95.0％,94.2％）.Foreign students could master CVD diagnosis and treatment by using PBL teaching method.Conclusion PBL teaching model has also improved the teaching quality of CVD course,and it is worthy of recommending.
