内镜下单纯注射与联合柔和电凝治疗消化性溃疡出血的对比分析

目的探讨内镜下单纯注射与联合柔和电凝治疗消化性溃疡出血的对比情况。方法分析浙江省衢州市人民医院消化内科2011年1月～2013年3月收治的消化性溃疡出血患者120例临床资料，依据治疗措施不同进行分组，单纯注射组60例和联合柔和电凝组60例。观察两组患者性别构成比例、年龄分布、病程长短及消化性溃疡出血患者的止血效果情况，统计1周内再出血率、总止血率、中转手术率、平均输血量、平均住院天数，分别通过t检验和χ2检验进行分析。结果两组患者一般资料，包括性别构成比例、年龄分布、病程长短差异均无统计学意义（χ2=0．22，t=0．32、0．35，均P〉0．05），两组止血成功率、止血失败率、1周内再出血率、总止血率、中转手术率、平均输血量、平均住院天数均明显优于单纯注射组，差异均有统计学意义（χ2=12．50、12．50、22．22、12．50、12．50，t=10．01、10．10，均P〈0．05）。结论内镜下注射与联合柔和电凝治疗消化性溃疡出血患者，止血效果明显，再出血率和中转手术率低，治疗效果较好，值得临床推广应用。

The comparative analysis of peptic ulcer bleeding by pure injection and combined with soft electric coagulation in endoscopic

Objective To approach comparative analysis of peptic ulcer bleeding by pure injection and combined with soft electric Coagulation in endoscopic. Methods Clinical data of 120 patients with peptic ulcer bleeding in Department of Digestive Endoscopy Center of the People＇s Hospital of Quzhou City from January 2011 to March 2013 were analyzed and divided into pure injection group of 60 cases and combined with soft electric coagulation group of 60 cases. Two groups of patients with general information of gender composition ratio, age distribution, duration of disease were observed; two groups of peptic ulcer bleeding effect in patients with rebleeding rate were observed; 1 weeks of rebleeding rate, total hemostasis rate, transit operation rate, average blood transfusion, average hospitalization days were observed, t test and χ2 test were analyzed. Results The two groups of patients with general information of gender composition ratio, age distribution, duration Of disease were no difference （χ2=0.22, t = 0.32, 0.35, all P 〉 0.05）, the peptic ulcer bleeding effect in patients with rebleeding rate, 1 weeks of rebleeding rate, total hemostasis rate, transit operation rate, average blood transfusion, average hospitalization days combined with soft electric coagulation group were better than pure injection group, the difference were statistical significance （χ2= 12.50, 12.50, 22.22, 12.50, 12.50, t = 10.01, 10.10, all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The peptic ulcer bleeding patients by pure injection and combined with soft electric coagulation in endoscopic has obvious hemostatic effect, the rate of rebleeding and transit operation rate is low, treatment effect is good, which is worth to be used.
