摘    要:目的探讨加强护理本科护生在临床护理实习过程中的沟通对提高本科护生综合能力的影响。方法选择2010年1月-2012年12月在内蒙古自治区人民医院实习的100名本科护生,将其随机分为两组,每组各50例,观察组强调加强沟通的教育模式,对照组行常规带教实习方法。并在实习第1周和第5周对两组护生的基础理论、实际操作、综合能力等进行考核。对考核结果进行比对,以了解沟通在实习带教中的重要作用。结果加强沟通带教前后相比,观察组在综合能力、基础理论方面的成绩明显优于实习前,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。第1周成绩比较,观察组综合能力评分[(86.04±8.60)分]明显高于对照组[(83.72±5.20)分],差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);两组在操作技能方面差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);第5周考核成绩比较,两组护生基础知识评分,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),而观察组操作技能和综合能力[(88.3±8.5)、(89.07±7.90)分]均明显高于对照组[(85.6±5.9)、(87.03±4.40)分],差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论本科护生在实习中,应加强沟通带教,同时要因材施教,通过全面、人性的带教方法提高其综合能力。完善的临床教学计划,经验丰富的带教老师,重沟通、勤实践的教学模式有助于提高本科护生的综合能力。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of communication in improving the capacity for undergraduate practice nurses student. Methods 100 college nursing internship students in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People's Hospital from Jan- uary 2010 to December 2012 were colected, and all the students were randomly divided into two groups, with 50 students in each group. The observation group was given the teaching mode of education that stress to strengthen communication, while control group was given the routine teaching internship methods. Basic knowledge, practical skills and comprehensive capacity of nursing students were assessed at the first week and the 5th weeks after practice respectively. The assessment results were compared in order to understand the important role of communication in nursing teaching. Results The basic knowledge, practical skills and comprehensive capacity of observation group were significantly improved after strengthen communication with teaching compared before, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Comprehensive ability score 1 week after practice of observation group [(86.04±8.60) points] was significantly higher than the control group [(83.72±5.20) points], the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05); the difference of operating skills in the two groups was not statistically significant (P 〉 0.05); the difference of basic knowledge score at 5 week after practice in two groups was not statistically significant (P 〉 0.05), while the skills and comprehensive ability in observation group, [(88.3±8.5), (89.07±7.90) points] were significantly higher than those of control group [(8516±5.9), (87.03±4.40) points], the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen communication, individualized, and teach students in accordance of their aptitude, to improve their comprehensive ability for undergraduate nursing students in the internship through a comprehensive, userfriendly teaching methods. Perfect clinical teaching program, experienced teachers, communicative skills, diligent practice will contribute to improve the comprehensive ability of undergraduate nursing students.
