5例结外Rosai-Dorfman病临床病理学观察

目的 探究结外Rosai-Dorfman病临床病理学特征.方法 选取2007年1月～2012年7月长兴县人民医院收治的5例结外Rosai-Dorfman病患者作为研究对象,观察其临床特点,并将其病变组织进行HE和免疫组织化学染色观察病理结构.结果 HE染色中病理组织主要表现为皮肤真皮层出现淋巴结中扩张的血窦样结构,由交替性分布的淡染带和深染带组成;免疫组织化学染色主要表现为组织细胞均弥漫强阳性表达S-100蛋白.结论 结外Rosai-Dorfman病有其特定的病理学特征,组织学上应与慢性炎性病变、纤维组织细胞肿瘤、朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症、炎性假瘤、鼻硬结病等病进行鉴别诊断.

Clinicopathological observation of 5 cases patients with extranodal Rosai-Dorfman disease

Objective To explore clinical pathological characteristics of extranodal Rosai-Dorfman disease.Methods The clinical features of 5 patients with Rosai-Dorfman from January 2007 to July 2012 in the people＇s Hospital of Changxing County were observed,pathogeny structure of diseased tissues were observed through the HE and immunohistochemica method.Results Expansion blood sinus structure in lymph was presented in the dermis composed of alternating distribution of light bands and dark bands in HE staining observation and tissue cells were mainly manifested as diffuse strong positive expression of S-100 protein in immunohistochemical observation.Conclusion Extranodal Rosai-Dorfman disease has the characteristics of its specific pathology and should be differential diagnosis with chronic inflammatory lesions,fibrous tissue tumor cell,Langerhans cell histiocytosis,inflammatory pseudotumor,and nasal scleroma disease in histology.
