农村健康体检人员脂肪肝的检测情况分析

目的 分析农村健康体检人员脂肪肝的检测情况.方法 采用多级整群抽样的方法,于2010年1月～2012年12月对绍兴市马山镇农村社区进行健康体检的3000人进行问卷调查、体检、实验室和腹部B超检查,根据所检人员的年龄和各类因素进行分组,体检人群脂肪肝状况及影响因素的单因素分析采用x2检验,多因素分析采用非条件Logistic回归分析,以P＜ 0.05为差异有统计学意义.结果 检出脂肪肝患病率为17.50％,其中男性患病率为9.63％,女性为7.87％,男女患病率差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.对患病因素进行分析表明,年龄、性别、肥胖、高血压、糖尿病、体力活动及三酰甘油均与脂肪肝的发生有关.结论 绍兴市马山镇农村人群脂肪肝患病率为17.50％,患病因素与年龄、性别、肥胖及其相关的代谢紊乱有关.

Analysis of fatty liver from rural health physical examination personnel inspection situation

Objective To analyze the status of rural health personnel fatty liver tests.Methods The method of multistage cluster sampling were adopted from January 2010 to December 2012 of Shaoxing Mashan Township,the questionnaire survey,B ultrasound of abdomen,laboratory and examination were checked out by the rural community health medical center to 3000people with fatty liver.According to the inspection personnel age groups and all kinds of factors,fatty liver checked-up crowd status and influencing factors of the single factor analysis of using x2 test,multi-factor analysis by unconditional Logistic regression analysis,the difference was statistically significant with P ＜ 0.05.Results The prevalence of FLD was 17.50％,men was 9.63％ and women was 7.87％,the prevalence of men and women had significant difference （P ＜ 0.05）.On disease factor analysis showed that age,gender,obesity,high blood pressure,diabetes,physical activity and TC were associated with the occurrence of fatty liver.Conclusion The prevalence of Shaoxin Mashan Township rural populations fatty liver disease is 17.50％,and the factors are associated with age,sex,obesity and related metabolic disorders.
