空肠营养管在消化道梗阻患者中的应用及并发症护理

目的探讨空肠营养管在消化道梗阻患者中的应用价值，并总结其护理要点。方法回顾分析解放军第三。七医院消化道肿瘤科在2009年10月～2013年1月68例不同病种患者行空肠营养管植入术后的管饲情况，观察各种原因引起的并发症。结果68例患者中有2例置管失败，66例置管成功，在鼻饲过程中恶心、呕吐10例，腹胀腹痛2例，腹泻2例，堵管3例，无营养液及输送系统所致感染发生。结论消化道梗阻患者通过空肠营养管喂食后，梗阻状况明显改善，有效增强患者体力，提高生存质量，延长生命，减少并发症，效果显著。

Application and complication nursing of jejunum nutrition tube in patients with digestive tract obstruction

Objective To explore the application value of jejunum nutrition tube in patients with digestive tract obstruction and summarize the nursing key points. Methods The tube feeding condition after implantation of 68 patients with different diseases in the Digestive Oncology Department of the 307th Hospital of Beijing from October 2009 to January 2013 with jejunum nutrition tube were retrospectively analyzed, the complications due to a variety of causes were observed. Results Of 68 cases, there were 2 cases with failure, 66 cases of catheter were successful, in the process of 10 cases of nausea, there were 2 cases of nausea and vomiting, 2 cases of diarrhea abdominal pain, 3 cases of blocking pipe, no infections caused by nutrient solution and transportation system. Conclusion For patients with digestive tract obstruction by jejunum nutrition tube after feeding, the obstruction is improved remarkablely, the patients physical strength is effectively enhanced. The quality of sur- vival is improved, life is prolong, the complications is reduced, it has remarkable effect.
