医院焦虑抑郁量表应用于治疗肠易激综合征的意义

目的观察医院焦虑抑郁量表（HADS）在肠易激综合征（IBS）治疗中的意义。方法选择2012年7月～2013年1月于上海市浦东医院消化科就诊的104例IBS患者，随机分成HADS介入组50例，对照组54例，根据HADS评分将介入组分为HADS正常组及异常组，对照组及HADS正常组给予培菲康＋曲美布丁联合治疗，异常组在此基础上加用黛力新进行心理调节，比较三组患者的疗效。结果HADS介入组总有效率与对照组相比（92．0％比72．2％）（χ2=6．8，P〈0．01），HADS正常组总有效率与异常组相比（94．7％比8313％），差异无统计学意义（χ2=1．61，P〉0．05）。结论培菲康＋曲美布丁联合治疗IBS有较好疗效，HADS可作为黛力新应用于IBS疗效的评估标准，起到提高疗效、减少药物滥用及减省费用的作用。

The significance of Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome

Objective To evaluate the role of hospital anxiety and depression scale （HADS） in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome （IBS）. Methods 104 patients with IBS from July 2012 to January 2013 were selected and divided into two groups, HADS intervene group with 50 cases, control group with 54 cases and two groups were treated by different methods. HADS group were divided into normal HADS group and abnormal group according to the score of HADS. The control group and normal HADS group were treated by Bifico combined with Trimebutine, abnormal HADS group was given Melitracen to adjust the psychological in addition, the curative effect of three groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of HADS group compared with control group （92.0% vs 72.2%）, the difference of the two groups was highly statistically significant （χ2= 6.8, P 〈 0.01）, the total effective rate of normal HADS group compared with the abnormal HADS group （94.7% vs 83.3%）, there was no significant difference between the two subgroups （χ2=1.61, P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion HADS can be the standard of IBS treatment, can raise the effective rate, reduce drug abuse and cost.
