| 摘 要： | 医学继续教育是医学教育的重要形式,目前已经成为医院加强人才队伍建设提高人才培养质量的重要措施。该文结合笔者多年从事继续医学教育工作的管理体会,通过回顾医院开展继续医学教育的实际情况,总结实践经验,分析继续医学教育的特点及其存在的问题,试图提供一些有益于提高继续医学教育质量的措施。
