摘    要:目的图像已广泛运用于临床诊断和脑外科术前计划等,将脑实质从图像中加以提取是图像处理的一个重要方向。方法利用边界跟踪法获取图像中脑实质的边界线,在此基础上将颅骨部分定义为背景色,从而提取出脑实质部分。结果选取Visible Human Data数据集中妇女头部的MRI图像,对此图像提取其脑实质部分。结论在MRI图像中提取脑实质部分,本所讨论的方法不失为一种快捷、方便、可行的算法。

Abstract:Objective MRI has been widely used in clinical diagnosis and surgical operation planning. It is important to extract the brain structure from MRI. Methods Firstly, the boundary of brain was found by edge-following method. Secondly, the skull field was defined as background and then the brain field was extracted. Results The MRI was selected from the Visible Human Data that concentrated to female head. Then we extracted the brain structure. Conclusion The method reported in this paper is a rapid, convenient and feasible approach for extracting the brain structure from the MRI.
