家兔输精管人工授精的精子免疫实验研究

成年雄兔１０只（Ａ组）行单侧输精管授精，１０只（Ｂ组）行双侧输精管结扎后再单侧输精管授精，１０只（Ｃ组）行双侧输精管结扎。然后按自身对照比较对三组均进行连续１２个月的抗精子抗体检测。结果表明，采用补体依赖性精子制动试验（ＳＩＴ）和微量凝集试验（ＴＡＴ）、Ａ、Ｂ组在术后３个月均测出血凝集和制动抗体；Ｃ组在术后６个月均测出血凝集和制动抗体；Ａ组２８．６％和Ｃ组２０％的家兔在术后６个月时测出精浆制动抗精

IMMUNOLOGICAL STUDY OF INTRAVASAL INSEMINATIONWITH RABBITS SPERM

: Tene male rabbits (Group A) were unilaterally intravasally inseminated. Ten (Group B) were in-seminated likewise after bilateral vasoligation. Another the (Group C) were only bilaterally vasectomized. Anti-sperm antibody detection was performed afterwards for 12 successive months. It was found that by SIT andTAT blood agglutination and immobilizing antibodies were detected in both,Group A and Group B 3 monthsafter the opperation but in Group C 6 months after it. By the 6th month after the operation seminal plasma im-mobilizing antisperm antibodies were detected in Group A (28. 6%) and Group C (20%),while seminal plasmaagglution antisperm antibodies were found negative in both groups. No antibodies were observed in the 3groups by the 12th month after the operation. The experiment results suggest that antisperm antibodies areformed after,not before,vasectomy and/orinsemination.
