ADV120全血细胞分析与显微镜形态检查结果在儿科疾病临床应用价值的比较

[目的]旨在建立ADV120在进行全血细胞分析（CBC）时镜检标准，保证CBC分析结果的准确，以利于临床疾病的诊断和治疗。[方法]5000例我院住院及门诊病人ADV120全血细胞分析仪检查结果及异常报警提示，进行显微镜检查并计算灵敏度，特异度。[结果]5003例静脉血标本中有1325例标本需要镜检，ADV120全自动血细胞分析仪灵敏度为92．9％；特异度为94．4％。形态学报警提示符合率86．7％。[结论]应该重视在临床工作中，增加对异常检验结果的镜检率，可为临床医生提供更加准确客观，有诊断价值的检验信息。

Comparison of ADV120 blood cell analyzer with microscope for diagnosis of diseases in children

[ Objective] To compare ADV120 blood cell analyzer with microscope for diagnosis of diseases in children. [ Methods] According to the results obtained by ADV120 blood cell analyzer and the alarm of abnormal specimens from 5000 child patients, the microscopic examination was performed and sensitivity and specificity calculated. [ Results] A total of 1325 out of the 5000 specimens needed further examination with microscopy. The sensitivity and specificity of ADV120 blood cell analyzer were 92.9% and 94.4% , respectively. [ Conclusion] The specimens with abnormal results should be further examined with microscopy to provide more accurate information for physicians.
