| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨阴道超声对早期异位妊娠的诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析156例阴道超声诊断异位妊娠的临床资料。结果：符合诊断148例(95．4％)，其中未破裂型106例(67．9％)，破裂流产型36例(23％)，陈旧型14例(8．9％)，误诊8例(5．1％)。结论：阴道超声诊断异位妊娠诊断率高，可为正确治疗提供依据。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the early diagnosis value of colpo-ultrasound in ectopic pregnancy. Methods: 156 patients with diagnosised by colpo-ultrasound were analyzed retrospectively. Results: The cases of coincidence diagnosis were 148 (95.4%),among them un-reputure type were 106 (67.9%), reputure-abort type were 36 (23%), old type 14 (8.9%)and misdiagnosis were 8(5.1%). Conclusions: Colpo-ultrasound has a high diagnosis rate in ectopic pregnancy and can provide a correct evidence of treatment. |
