| 摘 要： | 目的了解铀吸入人员的临床损伤特点。方法对1例六氟化铀吸入人员进行临床观察。结果六氟化铀吸入时除引起化学性皮肤、黏膜灼伤外，可引起肾功能的损伤，肾功能的损伤出现在尿铀高排泄期。结论铀吸入导致的轻度肾功能损伤可恢复正常。
