| 摘 要： | 目的探讨系统性健康教育对下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者术后生活质量的影响。方法选择住院的105例下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者按首次住院的顺序随机分为两组，两组患者均进行一般健康教育，实验组在此基础上接受由专职护士提供的一对一系统性健康教育。结果两组患者生活质量评分差异具有统计学意义，实验组高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论系统性健康教育可提高下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者术后的生活质量：

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of systemic health education on the postoperative quality of llfe in patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans in lower extremity. Methods One hundred and five patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans in lower extremity were assigned to routine health education condition and systematic health education condition by a specified nurse with health education handbook. Result The quality of life in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Systemic health education can improve the postoperative quality of life in patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans in lower extremity. |
