试论“桂枝汤”“适寒温服一升”的句读

目的熟读传统医学经典著作,力求理解能符合作者原意,使优秀的传统经典医学著作更好地为现代人的健康和保健服务。方法参照论述《伤寒论》的经典文本,参考相关工具书对＂桂枝汤＂＂适寒温服一升＂词义的阐释并结合该词出现在《伤寒论》中其他条文中的含义,判断该词的意义以及该段文字的句读。结果经笔者反复斟酌及仔细比对,《伤寒论》＂桂枝汤＂条下的服药方法＂……适寒温服一升……＂的句读应该是＂……（身体）适寒,温服一升……＂更符合作者原意。结论读传统医学经典著作,不仅要有学习的热情,更要有一种怀疑精神,不解之处及时请教老师及工具书,不放过一处疑难。

Objective To read the classics of traditional medicine,and strive to understand can accord with the original intention of the author,make excellent traditional classical medical works better for modern people＇s health and care services.Methods Reference to discusses the classic version of ＂Shanghan lun＂.To refer the explanation of related Books of the meaning of the word and to be united in wedlock the meaning in ＂Shanghan lun＂.Determine the meaning of the term and the Doudu in this text.Results After study and carefully weigh,I think that ＂the Guizhi soup line of Shanghan lun ＂ ＂… …drink a cup of concoction when the herb-juice was a suitable temperature… … ＂should be read＂ … … when（the body）was cold,drink a cup of concoction.......＂It will be well in line with the original intention of the Author.Conclusions we should not give up a question when we are reading the classic literary work about the traditional medicine.Not only the enthusiasm of study,but also we have a spirit of doubt.
