周围型肺癌的X线征象再认识

目的进一步认识周围型肺癌的X线征象,以提高早期诊断率。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的30例周围型肺癌的X线征象。结果30例周围型肺癌的X线征象：表现为小片状影1例,癌性空洞3例,球块状影26例,伴有边缘分叶征者18例,边缘有毛刺者12例,1例可见兔耳征,1例可见＂V＂字征。结论仔细分析周围型肺癌的X线征象有助于提高对本病早期诊断的准确性。

Recognition to X-ray appearance of peripheral lung cancer

Objective To recognize the X - ray appearance of peripheral lung cancer and hence improve the early and accurate diagnostic rate. Methods X - ray imaging signs of 30 eases with peripheral lung cancer proved pathologically were analyzed retrospectively. Results The X - ray findings were as follows ： small patch loci with slight high density （ n = 1 ） , cavity （ n = 3 ） , nodule or mass （ n = 26） , lobulated （ n = 18 ） , spiculated border （n=12） , ＂the rabbit＇s ears＂sign （n=1） ,＂V＂sign （n=1）. Conclusion Careful analysis of radiographic features of peripheral lung cancer is helpful for diagnosing early and accurately this disease.
