| 摘 要： | 目的评价不稳定型心绞痛常规治疗基础上联合使用氢氯吡格雷治疗对心绞痛症状和心电图的影响。方法将78例不稳定型心绞痛患者分为受试组(氢氯吡格雷加常规治疗)和对照组(常规治疗组),观察用药期间心绞痛和心电图变化情况。结果受试组心绞痛发作次数显著减少,受试组心电图ST段较对照组改善差异有统计学意义。结论氢氯吡格雷在不稳定型心绞痛常规治疗基础上可进一步缓解心绞痛症状并改善心电图。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the treatment that conventional treatment of angina pectoris based on joint use of clopidogrel bisulfate of angina symptoms and ECG.
