女性不孕中抗精子抗体、抗内膜抗体与解脲脲原体、砂眼衣原体感染

目的：探讨女性不孕症中抗精子抗体（AsAb)、抗内膜抗体（EmAb)与生殖道解脲脲原体（Uu)、衣原体（Ct)感染的关系。方法：对136例女性不孕患者常规检测血清AsAb、EmAb及宫颈拭子查Uu、Ct。结果：EmAb或AsAb单项阳性57人，合并2例阳性11人，共68人，综合检出率50％（68／136）；Uu或Ct单项阳性62人，合并2项阳性18人，合计80人，总检出率58．82％（80／136）。在EmAb或AsAb阳性的68人中合并Uu/Ct阳性者49人，占72．06％（49／68），而EmAb/AsAb阴性的68人中Uu/Ct阳性者31人，发生率45．58％（31／68），前者明显高于后者。结论：AsAb、EmAb产生与生殖道感染Uu、Ct有密切关系。

The Antisperm and Anti-endommembrane Antibodies and Relations to Reproductive Duct Infection of Ureaplasma Urealyticum or C-trachomatis in Inferility Females

Objective:To investigate the feasible relationships between anti sperm antikody(AsAb),anti endommembrane antibody (EmAb) and genital duct infection of ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) and C trachomatis(Ct).Methods:A routine examination was performed for detections of serum AsAb and EmAb,and analysis of Uu and Ct in the wipers from cervix in 136 inferility females.Results:Of the 136 barreness females examined,57 were found to be AsAb positive,2 both AsAb and EmAb positive,with a total positive rate of 50%(68/136);62 females were found to be Uu or Ct alone positive,18 subjects to be both Uu and Ct positive,with a total of 58.82% positive rate (80/136).Of the 68 subjects with EmAb or/and AsAb positive,49 were found to have Uu/ct infection,accounting for 72.06%(49/68);while of the other 68 with EmAb/AsAb negative,only 31 were found to have Uu/Ct infection,with 45.58%(31/68) of incidence,obviously lower than the former.Conclusion:In inferility female;genital duct Uu/Ct infections is closely associated with production of AsAb or/and EmAb.
