氨苯砜治疗激素依赖性哮喘的疗效观察

应用氨苯砜治疗２６例激素依赖性哮喘，另２４例用维生素Ｂ１治疗作对照，观察时间１２个月。结果显示氨苯砜应用６个月有１／３的病人激素停用，１２个月后有近２／３的病人激素停用。且能维持病情稳定，无明显副作用。表明氨苯砜可做为激素依赖性哮喘的激素替代药物。

THERAPEUTIC EFFECT OF DAPSONE FOR STEROID-DEPENDENT ASTHMA

Twenty-six cases of steroid-dependent asthma were treated with dapsone 100 mg daily for 12 months and 24 cases were treated with Vitamine B1 as a control,with the original antiasthma drugs maintained in both groups. It was shown that in one-third of the dapeone-treated petients steroids were stopped by sixth month and in two-thirds patients by twelfth month,with their clinical parameters remaining stable.There were no significant changes in clinical routine laboratory parameters.Compared with the control group,steroid dose was significantly reduced in the dapsone group(P<0.01).This study demonstrated that dapsone may have alternative anti-inflammatory effects in steroiddependent asthma.
