| 摘 要： | 目的：描述血色病的肝脏CT表现。材料与方法：4例血色病患者行肝脏CT平扫。结果：肝脏密度均匀性增高，1例伴有脾脏密度增高。结论：CT对血色病引起肝脏铁过度沉着诊断较为准确，结合临床资料及双能量CT扫描技术，容易作出鉴别。

| Abstract: | Purpose: To describe the hepatic CT findinggs in hemochromatosis. Materials and methods:Hepatic CT scaning was performed in 4 patients with hemochromatosis. Results: The livet showed homogenous high density in all 4 cases, one case complicated spleen high density. Conclusion: CT is accurate in making the diagnosis of liver iron overload caused by hemochromatosis.It's easy to make the differentical diagnosis when combined with the clinical history and the technique of dual energy CT scaning. |
