女性盆腔肿块的CT诊断：（附21例分析）

目的：探讨CT对女性盆腔肿块的诊断价值．材料和方法：收集经CT扫描发现的女性盆腔肿块21例，全部由手术及穿刺病理证关．结果：1、卵巢囊肿，子宫肌瘤，卵巢囊腺瘤的CT表现典型．2、宫外孕和盆腔复发癌必须结全临床资料进行诊断．3、CT对畸胎瘤和盆腔脓肿亦有诊断价值。结论：CT对女性盆腔肿块的检出率高，并具有诊断意义．

CT Diagnosis Female Pelvic Masses (Report or 21 Cases)

Purpose: To evaluate CT diagnosis female pelvic masses. Materials and Methods: Collected 21 eases of female pelvic masses finding CT scanning and providing pathologic diagnosis by operation and paracentesis. Resluts : 1. The CT manifestations of ovarian cyst. hysteromyoma. and ovarian cystadenoma are typical. 2. To ectopic pregnancy and recurrence of female pelvic cancer, CT diagnosis should in combina tion with clinic information. 3, To teratoma and pelvic abscess , CT also has diagnostic value. Conclusion: Not only CTdetectable rate of female pelvic masses is high. But also CT has diagnostic value.
