MEK1在食管鳞状细胞癌的表达及意义

目的:探讨肿瘤相关基因MEK1在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测MEK1在70例食管鳞癌手术切除标本及28例正常食管组织标本中的表达情况。结果:1食管鳞癌中MEK1蛋白表达率为67.1%,正常组织的阳性表达率为10.7%,差异显著(P<0.05)。2MEK1在食管鳞癌组织中的表达与年龄、性别无关(P>0.05),但与组织分化、有无淋巴结转移、肿瘤分期及肿瘤侵袭程度相关(P<0.05)。结果:从蛋白水平证明MEK1基因表达的增高与食管癌的发生、发展及临床病理特征有关。

Expression and significance of MEK1 in esopthageal squamous cell carcinoma

Objective：To study the expressions and significance of MEK1 in esopthageal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods：The immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of MEK1 in 70 cases of esopthageal squamous cell carcinoma and 28 cases of normal esopthageal tissue.Results：（1） The incidence of MEK1 in esophageal carcinoma was 67.1%,while in normal esophageal tissue it was 10.7%.The difference was significant（P0.05）.（2）The expression of MEK1 was associated with significant difference in cell differentiation,lymph nodemetastasis,clinical stages and depth of invasion（P0.05）;without significant difference in age,gender（P0.05）.Conclusion：The added expression of MEK1 may play an important role in the occurrence,delvlopment and clininal pathologic features of esopthageal squamous cell carcinoma.
