重新评价醋酸白实验在人乳头瘤病毒感染诊断中的价值

对161例男性外生殖器尖锐湿疣(Condyloma acuminatum,CA)患者的疣体及周围上皮进行醋酸白实验,阳性率67％,其中上皮潮湿的增生性疣体阳性率高达100％,而干燥的扁平疣、寻常疣仅占2.8％,醋酸白现象与疣体类型及局部潮湿情况密切相关。其他外生殖器炎症与皮肤疾病有32％出现假性醋酸白现象,该方法对疣体周围皮肤的阳性检出率较低,对亚临床感染诊断、早期发现早期治疗意义较小。

Re-Evaluate to Diagnostic valu of Acetowhite test on Condyloma acuminatum of Humanity.

A positive rate of 67% have appeared during the Aoetowhite test to 161 cases of male patient' s, who are suffering from CA. of extemal genital, the testing area on these patient' s are over the body of condyloma and the epidermis which surround it, for the hyperplastic condyloma which ate growth on the dank area is displayed a positive rate of 100% among these cases indeed, the fry flat and homeliness condyloma showed a psitive rate of 2.8% only.This phenomena of acetic acid white relate with the condyloma types and local conditions of aquosity.The other infection of external genital and skin disease may brought a artificaial positive rate of 32% as result, Such method on the testing has a less positive rate to the skin that surround the body of condyloma, therefore it has poor significance to discover sub - clinic infection of CA patient' s earlier, as well as the early diagnosis and treatment either.
