医护人员心理健康状况调查

目的调查医护人员心理健康状况,为制定相关对策提供依据。方法用抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)对557名医护人员的心理健康状况进行调查。结果医护人员焦虑发生率为22.5%,抑郁发生率为34.2%;女性的焦虑、抑郁发生率明显高于男性(P<0.05);护士的焦虑、抑郁发生率明显高于医生、技术员(P<0.01);不同年龄、不同职称医护人员的焦虑、抑郁发生率无统计学差异。结论女性医务工作者和护士职业的心理健康状况需要得到更多关注。

Survey on Mental Health Status of the Medical Staff

Objective To investigate the mental health status of the medical staff and provide theoretical basis for formulation of corresponding policies.Methods The Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) were used to evaluate the mental health status of the medical staff members.Results The incidence of anxiety was 22.5%,and that of depression was 34.2% in the surveyed medical staff members.The incidences of anxiety and depression were significantly higher in the female staff members than in the male members,and also significantly higher in the nurses than in the doctors and medical technicians.No significant difference was found in the incidences between different age groups or between the members with different professional titles.Conclusion More attention needs to be paid to the mental health status of the female medical staff members and nurses.
