胆道积气的影像学诊断（附36例分析）

本文报告３６例胆道积气，有胆道手术史者１７例，无阻道手术史者１９例。Ｘ线平片对胆道内充盈大量气体时可显示，但机率少，且不明显，易漏诊、胃肠造影在严重病例可见钡剂过入充气胆道内，但钡剂稠厚不易通过小通口，也易漏诊。ＣＴ平扫对肝内三级分支以下很细胆管内极少量气体均能充分显示，有时还可显示口服碘水逆流入胆道内。增强扫描和胆道造影ＣＴ检查对鉴别胆道积气和门静脉内积气可提供更有力依据，也更明确显示同时存在的肝癌和肝脏肿。最后对鉴别诊断进行了讨论。

Imaging Diagnosis of Binary Tract Pneumatosis(Analysis of 36 Cases)

cases with binary tract pneumatosis were reported. 17 cases had the history of binary tract surgery. 6 caseswith liver abscess and 1 case with in faction of binary tract were all in the left IDber of liver and have characteristic. When a big amount of gas filling in binary tract, the binary tree could be seen in thesx-ray film but it could not be shpwed in the most cases.The barium could retrograde into the gas filled-binary tract of severe patients in the gastrointestinal exafornation, but could not fillwhen with thick barium examination.In place CT scan the small amount of gas within the mini-binary dusts can be shown clearly and some-times the iodine contrast medium per os retrograded into binary tract also can be seen. Enhanced CT scan and binary-tract-graphic CT scan can beused to do different diagnosis of binary tract pneumatosis irom portal vein pneumatosis and also to evidence the hepatoma and hepatophyma.
