| 摘 要： | 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对孕妇肾弓状动脉血流指标的检测在临床诊断妊娠高血压综合征（妊高征）中的价值。方法采用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪测定60例妊高征孕妇（其中轻度30例,中重度30例）的肾弓状动脉收缩期峰值流速（Vs）、搏动指数（PI）、阻力指数（RI）,与60例正常孕妇肾弓状动脉血流指标做对照分析。结果妊高征孕妇与正常妊娠孕妇肾弓状动脉Vs、PI、RI间差别均有显著性意义（P〈0.05）;且随着妊高征程度的加重,Vs明显增加。结论妊高征患者肾弓状动脉血流指标的改变对妊高征的诊断及预后判断具有一定的临床参考意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of detection of blood flow PARA of artery arcuatae renis in patients with pregnancy-induced hyperterision(PIH) using color Doppler ultrasonicscope.Methods Using color Doppler ultrasonicscope,we measured peak flow(Vs),pulsation indexes (PI) and resistance indexes (RI) of artery arcuatae renis systole in 60 patients with pregnancy-induced hyperterision (test group),and compared with those of normal pregnant women (control group).Results There was significanct difference in Vs,PI and RI between the test group and the control group(P<0.05),and peak flow increased significantly with aggravation of PIH.Conclusion Changes of blood flow PARA of artery arcuatae renis in patients with PIH is of some clinical significance in diagnosis and prognosis judgement of PIH. |
