| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨P53和nm23基因的表达对喉癌颈淋巴结转移的影响。方法：通过免疫组化方法，对42例喉癌病人标本中P53和nm23蛋白表达进行检测。结果：P53和nm23蛋白阳性表达率分别为47．62％和57．1％。P53和nm23蛋白阳性的表达与病人性别、年龄、组织学分级和临床分期无显性差异(P＞0．05)，P53蛋白阳性表达与淋巴结转移呈正相关(P＜0．05)，而nm23蛋白阳性表达与淋巴结转移呈负相关(P＜0．05)。结论：P53基因阳性表达和nm23基因阴性表达的喉癌易发生颈淋巴结转移。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:In order to elucidate the roles of P53 and nm23 gene in cervical lymph node metastasis of laryngeal cancer.Methods:Expressions of P53 protein and nm23 protein were studied by immunohistochemical stainning in the specimens of 42 laryngeal carcinomas. Results:The positive expression of nm23 and P53 were 47.62% and 57.10% ,respectively. The results showed a significant association between P53 positive expression and cervical node metastasis. (P<0.05). The nm23 negative expression had a significant association with cervical lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laryngeal cancer with p53 positive and nm23 negative expression is prone to occur cervical lymph node metastasis. |
