| 摘 要： | 目的：提高药品不良反应（ADR）监测水平，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：对我中心2008年1月～12月收集到的药品不良反应／事件（ADR／ADE）报告502例，从年龄和性别分布、药品分类、给药途径、严重的ADR以及不合理用药案例进行统计分析。结果：502例ADR／ADE中，大于60岁的患者占48．21％，抗感染药物占48．01％，严重ADR占5．98％，不合理用药导致药品不良事件（ADE）被认定为ADR的占10．16％。结论：加大合理用药宣传，加强对老年患者用药监测是以后药品不良反应工作的重点。
